My Morgan has been a saddle fit nightmare from the beginning! Just when I thought we had it figured out, he told me many times in subtle ways that he was uncomfortable. Chiro helped, but it was a once per month appt with the same issues. Enter Ron Friedson and so far I love my new saddle! It still is in break-in period, but for once I’m not fighting for my position, and my horse not one time said he has a bad opinion of it. Ron takes his time and ensures it not only fits your horse but also the rider. And the support from Ron will continue for a full year with sporadic check ins to make sure everything is good. You don’t find customer service like that anymore unless there’s an added price tag (which there isn’t)
